Rockit Ranch Productions, Chicago’s influential restaurant and entertainment development company who’s most recent
successes include Rockit Bar & Grill and The Underground, has opened its latest concept, Sunda, in River North at
110 West Illinois Street. Developed by partners Billy Dec, Brad Young and Arturo Gomez with Director of Culinary
Operations James Gottwald and consultant Paul Lee, Sunda looks to Japan, China and the Southeast Asian region for its
inspiration and is helmed by Executive Chef Rodelio Aglibot, whose world-renowned technique and cooking style lies at
the vanguard of New Asian cuisine in America.  Designed by award-winning restaurant designer Tony Chi, Sunda is ready
to elevate the culinary landscape of Chicago and the country.

“We wanted to create a restaurant that not only stood out in Chicago’s culinary world and offered a delicious Asian
journey that cannot be found in the any other Asian restaurant in the city, but also further establish Chicago as the
premier dining destination in America and the world,” says Dec.  “So two years ago our team began traveling to Asia for
research while working with Rodelio to develop a concept that has a great story behind it that will touch our diners on
many levels,” he continues.

The name Sunda relates directly to the prehistoric Southeast Asian landmass Sunda Shelf, which, when the glaciers
melted after the last Ice Age and water levels rose to create new trade routes in the region, became a rich culinary stew
of intermingling cultures, spices, ingredients and cooking styles.  This event and its results are the foundation of New
Asian cuisine, which today is the coordinate where the most innovative chefs present contemporary and progressive
interpretations of traditional dishes from Japan, China and the Southeast Asian Island region.  New Asian cuisine differs
from Pan-Asian cuisine in that it is not a ‘greatest hits’ menu of typical Asian dishes spanning the entire region; and it is
not considered Fusion either, a style of cooking which incorporates  techniques and ingredients from far-flung corners
of the globe.  The New Asian cuisine at Sunda is modern, updated recipes of dishes Aglibot grew up with or experienced
first-hand on his many cooking trips throughout Asia, touched with a lighter hand and an element of surprise.

About Executive Chef Rodelio Aglibot
Executive Chef Rodelio Aglibot has an incredibly extensive background in Asian cuisine and culture.  His extensive
travels and cooking tours throughout Asia, in addition to running some of the most renowned Asian kitchens on the
West Coast, has earned him recognition by numerous media outlets as the “Food Buddha.”  Born in the Philippines and
raised in Hawaii, Aglibot was celebrated as the opening executive chef at the celebrity-studded juggernaut Koi
Restaurant in Los Angeles, where his composed cuisine focused on traditional Japanese ingredients prepared with
French technique and California style.  After two years at Koi, Aglibot opened his own restaurant, Yi Cuisine, which went
on to be named one of the “Best New Asian Restaurants” by Food & Wine magazine.  In 2006 he contributed to “New
Asian Cuisine: Fabulous Recipes from Celebrity Chefs”, the definitive cookbook on the subject.  One year later he began
consulting with Rockit Ranch Productions on Sunda.  His style of cooking is accessible and comfortable, based on
traditional Asian foundations but with a dash of the unexpected, using the freshest ingredients available in traditional
dishes re-imagined with his recognizable technique.   Aglibot also has pulled together an incredibly structured and
talented staff to help him present his groundbreaking cuisine to Chicago and to the world.

About General Manager Aeron Lancero
Balancing Executive Chef Aglibot’s bright vision and technique with vast front-of-house operations and management
expertise is General Manager Aeron Lancero.  Born and raised in Guam, Lancero was educated in the Philippines at
Manila’s De La Salle University where he combined his degree with his passion for restaurant operations and began
working in the hotel industry.  Returning to Guam, Lancero led the teams of some of the most successful restaurants at
that time before opening restaurants in the Micronesian Islands, China, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Japan, before
moving to Chicago where he ultimately lead the team of Maggiano’s highest-grossing store in the country.

About the Design
Designed by world-renowned restaurant and hotel designer Tony Chi (a recipient of Bon Appétit’s American Food &
Entertaining Awards for restaurant design), Sunda is a sleek, stylish space that reaches into the spirit of the journey of
its cuisine for inspiration.  From red travertine marble to French-polished black bamboo, Sunda showcases a clean,
modern aesthetic while retaining a connection to its primary function—that of a gathering place for guests to enjoy great
food and socialize in a pleasurable environment.  Including a main dining room, cocktail lounge, sushi bar and private
dining facilities, the restaurant, seating more than 200 guests, is part of a trajectory of Chi projects that also includes the
Beijing’s Park Hyatt and Alain Ducasse’s esteemed restaurant Spoon in Hong Kong.  “The spaces I build connect the
thoughts of a story or journey that directly relates to the food and the experience of the guest,” he says.  Chi’s design
firm, tonychi and associates, is a New York City-based global design powerhouse that has built an unrivalled reputation
in the restaurant and hotel industry over a period of more than 20 years. Chi and his team accepted the job of working
with Rockit Ranch Productions because, he explains, “This team has a genuine and honest approach to creating what
By the end of high school graduation, David was 165 lbs and a shocking 6 foot 3 inches tall. Not one to follow others, he
had no clue what he wanted to do, so like many actors to be, he began working at restaurants as a server. David loved
entertaining his guests. Realizing he had a natural talent for voices, he found himself mimicking characters such as
'Scarface', 'Arnold', and others resulting in better tips and confidence to perform under pressure.  August of 1997 - last
table on his last day serving, David met a man who changed him forever.  His name was Bruno Abatte, owner of Hype
contract that quickly led to first shooting with photographers in Chicago, Europe, and the coasts. At his then weight and
height he did run way for designers like Betsy Johnson, Armani, and Diesel to name a few.

While it was fun doing runway, meeting some great people, and participating in over three hundred events, Andreiw
found himself to still not be fulfilled. He could not let go the thrill of entertaining people, 'Voices' was a start but he
really loved, the Big Screen- he knew he wanted to be an actor.

Off to a smooth start, he began booking print jobs and participating on films sets. David was used in 2004 for the show,
"Veronica Mars," starring Kristen Bell in 2004 followed by "Witless Protection," starring Larry The Cable Guy and the
first two seasons of "Prison Break," starring Wentworth Miller. To date, David Andreiw will appear in two box office
released films as a principal actor. You may have also seen him in a few national campaigns ranging from Miller Lite, Jim
Beam, shoe & fitness companies, magazines and text book ad features.

To make the best of options, he is now represented by many agents in Chicago, Minnesota, California and New York.
Andreiw has achieved some of these things purely by sacrifice and commitment. He is dedicated to working out daily,
studying, making frequent appearances, networking, and training under the prominent direction of those with years of
experience like Eric Hector.

The summer includes mag shoots in New York, the Vh1 awards in Hollywood, & eventually a move to California, to: "
Pursue my Dreams." David was nominated while represented by UR SuperModels.

LeBlon released her song, "What's New With You", on iTunes in October. It was produced by The Klassiks and mixed by
Grammy Award winning mix engineer Dave Pensado, who has previously worked with The Beastie Boys, Christina
Aguilera, Beyonce Knowles, and Shakira. The song was recently played on the LA airwaves on Adrenaline Radio.

She was recently interviewed on Fearless Radio (www.fearlessradio.com) with 'the' Ryan Manno discussing everything
from her music to video games, among other things! Fans have been requesting her songs on Fearless for the world to
hear.

She is currently in the writing process prepping to record and release a debut EP in 2010. She will be going for more of a
quirky pop/soul style (that aligns more with her acoustic shows) sprinkled with some synth (or what she would call,
Nintendo effects, being the gamer she is). LeBlon will be working with producer, Tomas Costanza (Hollywood Records,
Chamberlain Records). So be on the look out!

For the past 9 months, LeBlon has been singing with a band called, The Insecurities (frontman, Stubhy Pandav of Lucky
Boys Confusion) as a feature on their song "Mister, Mister". She has had the pleasure of being on stage with the band at
The House of Blues and The Metro. LeBlon has been featured on The Insecurities' new album, Show Your Teeth, which is
available now on iTunes & CDBaby.

LeBlon has graced the stages of Gavin and Joey DeGraw's venue called The National Underground (NYC), Boulevard 3
(LA), Café Muse (LA), and Shore(LA), as well as continuing to play shows near her home.

LeBlon's sound can be compared to Alicia Keys, Lenka, Regina Spektor, Joss Stone, Duffy, and pre-famed Lady Gaga.

The Joynt is the 10th Chicago nightclub operated by managing partner Stanley Wozniak. He is only 46.

In 1993 he helped open the Red Head Piano Bar, and later he made his mark with Jilly's on Rush Street. He has been
riding high in April and shot down in May, as his pallie Frank Sinatra used to say. But each effort has drawn profoundly
from Wozniak's Southwest Side roots.

His grandfather Stanley was a Polish immigrant who built Wozniak's Casino Lounge No. 1, which operated from 1938 to
1972 at 2258 W. 19th St. Wozniak's Casino No. 2 (with a bowling alley) was at 2530 S. Blue Island Ave. between 1951 and
1991.
His late father Stanley and mother Theresa were factory workers at Fleischmann's Yeast Co., 43rd and Oakley. But his
father was best known for playing trumpet, violin and concertina with Eddie Blazoncyk's Versatones and Marion Lush's
Musical Stars. He is in the Polka Music Hall of Fame.

In 1988 young Stanley ran for Republican committeeman in the Hispanic-majority 25th Ward. And won.
Wozniak is a chip off the Old World.  "I'm more like an old saloon keeper more than these new kids running nightclubs,"
Wozniak says during an afternoon conversation at the Joynt. "It's probably a natural thing."  Nightlife is full of pulp
fiction. Wozniak is a hardcover classic.  He always wears an immaculate dark suit, a bright silk tie and bold splashes of
Eternity for Men. He acquired this style as a gofer for Sinatra in the Chairman's later years. Wozniak says, "Coming from
the neighborhood, my first coat, other than my communion suit, was something I wore to a Sinatra concert.  "Then my
grandfather was a rough, rough guy. He bought the Cyrus McCormick executive clubhouse in the 1950s." With Polish
immigrants rooted not far from his birthplace of Mszana-Dolna, the original Stanley Wozniak remodeled the clubhouse
into Wozniak's Casino Lounge No. 2.  The since-razed clubhouse was at the McCormick Works plant on Blue Island
Avenue. The basement contained 10 bowling lanes. The 2,000-seat picnic grove was used for gatherings of local
politicians. Wozniak booked the Buckinghams and Martha Reeves and the Vandellas to perform in the garden.
President Ronald Reagan appeared in an ethnic salute at the casino. The films "Backdraft" and "Men Don't Leave" were
shot at Wozniak's Casino No. 2.
The 7,000-square-foot Joynt updates the casino in spirit.

Wozniak says, "I've got the father's kids hanging out now. Everybody becomes a man downtown. Even the females have
to leave their neighborhood bar. There's new faces, but I'm used to new faces through the years. One heavy spender
gets replaced with another heavy spender. One mob guy goes to jail, one mob guy returns. Its a revolving door."
Chicago-based author and Sinatra biographer Bill Zehme says, "Stanley is and talks Chicagoese in a way that is poetic
and mellifluous. He's a throwback to another time because he always looks about 10 years older than he actually is. He is
a cross between Toots Shor, Jilly and throw in a dash of Mike Ditka."  Wozniak opened the Joynt with partner Paul
Babcock, a 42-year-old UPS executive whom he met at Jilly's of Lake Geneva.

"Gov. [Jim] Thompson gave me a spot as the ethnic director of the Illinois State Fair," he says. "I was 25 when I ran for
commiteeman. I was hurtin'. The neighborhood was changing pretty radically."   Wozniak was a good choice for the fair.
In 1988 he started the annual Taste of Little Italy. At his family's Polish banquet hall. In a Hispanic neighborhood.

Wozniak served as commiteeman from 1988 through 1992. As the 1988 Rat Pack reunion tour was launched, Wozniak
occasionally went on the road with the Sinatra entourage. The late Nick Caruso Sr. -- a confidant of Sinatra's best friend,
Jilly Rizzo -- had introduced Wozniak to Sinatra at the Pump Room in 1979. At the time Wozniak was a teenager listening
to Black Sabbath and Foghat.

"I'm just a kid from the West Side," Wozniak recalls. "My dad was 40 when he died. I was 16. That's why I was kind of a
rough kid. What else would I be doing today?"

The American dream is an ideal held by many in that, through hard work, courage and determination one can achieve
prosperity and freedom. These were values held by many early European settlers, and have been passed on to
subsequent generations, including my own. I have always seen the United States of America as a country filled with
opportunity to succeed and prosper. While many may view this ideal as cliché, as I embark on my life journey, I realize
that opportunity indeed, is one of many things what makes the U.S.A. a world leader and dream for many around the
world. During my time in the U.S., I have come to realize how fortunate I am to be living the American Dream. It has
shaken me and humbled me. As a child, my mother always told me that I could be whatever I wanted to be, and that
America would give me the chance to achieve all of my goals. My mother's words set deeply into my mind and
influenced every decision I made. I am hopeful that I can continue to live this American Dream and be a contributor to
society.

Linda is originally from St. Paul, MN and developed her PR and production skills in Minneapolis.  Since she’s had a radio
voice since the age of 8, Linda’s college career led her to radio production, hosting a dance club show and voice-overs.
Fortunately, the first PR proposal she wrote said yes so she continued to round out her PR skills with indie film, avid
clubbing and concert going along the way.  She graduated from the University of MN with a degree in English and helped

To complement her creative background, Linda honed her business acumen as Project Manager with American Express
NY and AXA Paris.  Recently she’s been Event Manager for IMI (London/Chicago) and a writer for PR projects with US
Tennis Open, Lowe’s, Martha Stewart and Eddie Bauer.  She is currently improving her sailing skills and planning the
next gourmet soiree and champagne pirate events coming to The Regal Red Witch and Tall Ship Windy this summer.  She
enjoys her stints as a volunteer for American Red Cross, 2030 Club and Chicago World Cup.

Linda is honored to be part of the Chicago sailing and event communities through Great Lakes Events and Lakeshore

Jewelry designer Julie Liu grew up playing with rare gemstones while most girls were playing with dolls. The daughter
of a captain who traveled the world in cargo ships, Liu would gaze at the variety of colorful “rocks” her dad would bring
home to her mom from these trips.  Little did she know, these were not ordinary rocks, they were magic rocks that
always made her mom happy.

Liu and her family immigrated to the United States from Taiwan when she was five years old.  Growing up and going to
school, Liu always ranked at the top of her class in anything she studied.  Her fondness of art garnered her ongoing
recognition from peers and teachers for her creativity in water painting, sketching and visual aid presentations while
her achievements in the classroom were rewarded with top grades in math and science.  Liu excelled quickly through
school and became a studious and hardworking student.

While Liu was in junior high, her mother was diagnosed with colon cancer and her desire to finish school so that she
could work and take care of her parents became her focus.  She wanted to grow up quickly and make money so that her
father could concentrate on taking care of her mother.  A miracle happened and Liu’s mother was able to overcome her
cancer through healthy eating and a change in lifestyle.  Liu’s father called it his “determination to create a miracle” and
from that day forward, Liu took on her father’s passion and belief.

Liu graduating high school in three years, had the highest GPA in her class and was accepted to the University of
California, Berkeley, one of the top ten engineering schools in the world.  Soon after, Liu decided to change her focus
from engineering to economics and managed to graduate with high honors in a mere two and a half years.  After college
she dabbled in mergers & acquisitions consulting then eventually set her sites on getting her MBA.  Liu was accepted to
one of the top ten MBA programs in the world, The University of Chicago.  After receiving her degree, Liu excelled
quickly in the financial industry and found herself managing a long short 130/30 strategy equity portfolio.  But something
was missing, her creative side.

A lover of art and jewelry, Liu began playing around with gemstone pieces her father had in his collection.  She had an
eye for combining colors with designs that were simple, yet impactful.  Her friends were soon asking her to design
pieces and realizing she had always wanted to start a company, Liu launched her first collection, Mia Pezzi.
The formal collection Mia Pezzi, was created in 2008 and features diamonds, gold and pearls.  Liu’s initial focus was to
attract a small clientele with an appreciation for one of a kind jewelry.  Mia Pezzi provided rare and high quality precious
gemstones with extreme luxury.  Clients could feel special they owned a particular piece since Liu did not believe in
mass producing.  Her rolodex grew through referrals from friends, family and satisfied customers and Mia Pezzi
continues to sell effortlessly today.

Noticing the need for a more accessible collection, Liu recently launched her TZEN line featuring silver and semi-
precious stones.  The designs for the TZEN pieces allow Liu to be more whimsical and fun while still ensuring the
authenticity of high quality gemstones that can be kept for a lifetime.   TZEN features a diamond cut crystal rings,  multi-
colored sapphire earrings, pearl and dangling bracelets and multi-colored tourmaline necklaces to name a few.

Liu opened up her first boutique in July of 2009 in the North Shore area of Chicago and will feature both her Mia Pezzi
and TZEN collections.

As a young man, I was a medic in the Air Force during the Vietnam era and was blessed with being stationed at RAF
Bentwaters, England for 3 wonderful years, with temporary duty to other European countries. On weekends, I would
paint and hawk my art in “Speaker’s Corner” Hyde Park, London, just like an old-time corner newsboy.  I was invited by
the management of the London Playboy Club to paint the show-girls.  My pin-ups were taped to the insides of the many
barracks lockers.  I still have a few crayon pin-ups in my art morgue as mementos of that early time of my life.  Some of
these pin-ups will be in the permanent collection of the RAF Bentwaters Museum.

I’ve been teaching myself how to paint for well over half a century.  As a self taught artist, I’m definitely beyond the
realm of teacher’s misconceptions.  Since I have not been taught by art teachers the accepted standards, I do not know
the limits of what can be visually done.

After all is said and done, art is probably the most primal and longest lasting form of communication.

I usually work on many paintings at a time, which helps cut down the boredom and helps me work on one while glancing
at the others and seeing what needs to be done.  This allows artistic situational reality.

I’m usually in my studio every morning, cigar clenched in my teeth, English Toffee latte nearby with smooth jazz softly
playing.

Styles and subjects are endless, after all that’s part of the fun in telling a visual story and quickly moving on to the next
chapter.

My paintings have been collecting dust on many walls nationally and internationally for a long, long time.  They are now,
or soon, will  be  gathering dust in several museums.

Painting is easy for me because I love artistic visual challenges.  However, it has not been easy to reach acceptable
standards, so I gave up on “acceptable standards” bit and now paint with a “Why not” brush, which it is much more
interesting, fun and profitable.

I do commission art work  and can get an oil portrait done and framed in under 30 painting hours. Some of my clients
think I paint too fast, that’s when I tell them that their painting took over half a century to do.  This very much pleases my
understanding clients.

From time-to-time I take on students,so, please give me a call or e-mail me your portfolio and we can discuss how you
can become a more capable visual communicator.   I won’t teach you anything new about art, however, if you permit me,
I will suggest ways that allow you to open your artistic eye to the boundless visual possibilities.

Phillip Herrejon is a native of Chicago , raised in the western suburb of Wheaton, Illinois.  Before beginning his real
estate investment career, Mr.. Herrejon worked in business financing, import/export trade brokerage, management
consulting sales, mergers and acquisition sales, and investment banking with an emphasis in private placements with
venture capital and private equity institutions. After leaving investment banking he began a career in mortgage banking,
during which time he started investing in real estate, focusing exclusively on buying and selling properties for his
personal portfolio.

Mr.. Herrejon humbly began with the purchase and rehabilitation of one property, following up soon thereafter with
multiple property purchases until he built his hobby into a full-time and highly profitable career.  In the past four years,
he has successfully completed numerous transactions, including over one hundred that which he was the principle
investor. Before long, Mr.. Herrejon felt the need for and developed an in-house construction company with over a
dozen of employees working exclusively on his projects, averaging 3-5 properties at any given time. While still
completing rehabs for his own portfolio and selling numerous properties to other investors, he began mentoring
investors on how to purchase and renovate properties for themselves with the greatest efficiency and profitability. Mr..
Herrejon created a “production rehab system,” allowing him to complete rehabs as quickly as in 4-6 weeks for complete
renovations and even faster for smaller projects. To complement his own projects, he also created a highly-productive
discount and retail investment buyer system which generated significant profits.

Using the research techniques developed during his investment banking tenure and the sales skills finely honed while
performing management consulting and mergers and acquisition sales, Mr.. Herrejon created an immense real estate
investor network. What would begin with small meetings in a coffee shop once per month soon erupted into a full-
fledged networking group, numbering over 10,000 investors. Monthly networking events drew over a 1,000 members to
functions in ten different locations throughout the greater Chicagoland area. This group, named The Chicago Real Estate
Investment Club successfully became one of Chicago’s largest real estate investment clubs, acting as a key information,
resource, and service leader among all real estate clubs in the area.

Mr. Herrejon has concentrated his most recent efforts into developing a lifestyle, entertainment, and professional
events company catering towards social and professional events in the Chicago area. These events include men’s,
women’s, sports, charity, specialty, professional, social media, entrepreneurial among others. With less than a year in the
Chicago scene, Mr.. Herrejon has participated in marketing and promotions for dozens of events and hosted a handful of
teaser events as he readies his formal launch into the events scene. Mr.. Herrejon has a track record of successfully
developing productive, profitable business initiatives and this events company is the gem of  his eye. Based on Mr..
Herrejon’s track record the future looks full of opportunity with unlimited potential and success.
