CITYCENTER UNVEILS DETAILS OF ITS RESORT CASINO
ARIA Will Forever Change the Las Vegas Skyline

LAS VEGAS – ARIA Resort & Casino at CityCenter will feature an unprecedented combination of striking architecture, sustainable design,
high-end service and spectacular amenities. Upon opening late 2009, the stunning resort will immediately become the focal point not only
of the Las Vegas skyline but of the hospitality industry.

“ARIA will be demonstrably different than any resort that has preceded it,” said Bill McBeath, the resort’s president and COO. “Even in a city
such as Las Vegas, with its extraordinary history of dynamic cutting-edge development, ARIA will introduce a new generation of resort
experiences.”

Designed by the world-renowned firm Pelli Clarke Pelli, ARIA’s architectural expression will reveal itself at every turn, from its two
breathtaking curvilinear steel and glass towers to the clean use of natural elements including lush foliage, wood and stone. Soaring open
spaces, ranging from ARIA’s three-story lobby to its guest rooms, will fill with natural light and evoke breadth and freedom. Art and interior
design will envelop guests in warm, comforting surroundings and provide a sense of human scale. Impeccable hospitality and creative
personalized attention will join with an incredible array of amenities to provide each guest an unmatched journey through ARIA.

ARIA will form the core of CityCenter, a dazzling urban resort destination underway on the Las Vegas Strip between Bellagio and Monte
Carlo resorts. Created with a vision to reshape Las Vegas with a community built for sustainable luxury, CityCenter will be one of the world’
s largest environmentally conscious developments when it opens late 2009. An architectural achievement that integrates the talents of
world-renowned artists, architects and designers, CityCenter will be a landmark of global taste and style. In addition to ARIA, CityCenter will
feature three luxurious non-gaming hotels including Vdara Hotel, Las Vegas’ first Mandarin Oriental and The Harmon Hotel & Spa (opening
late 2010); Veer Towers, the development’s only strictly residential buildings; Crystals, a 500,000-square-foot retail and entertainment
district; a $40 million public Fine Art Program; and approximately 2,400 residences. CityCenter is a joint venture between MGM MIRAGE
(NYSE: MGM) and Infinity World Development Corp, a subsidiary of Dubai World.

A GLIMPSE INTO ARIA

Accommodations
The contemporary architecture of the ARIA tower will be complemented by the resort’s lavish accommodations. Guestroom corridors
streaming with natural light will open to areas of enclosed glass, delivering spectacular city or mountain views. Within ARIA’s 4,004
guestrooms, including 568 suites, panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows will offer magnificent views of Las Vegas’ striking skyline. ARIA’s
tower is uniquely designed to deliver corner-window views from every guest room. ARIA’s rooms and suites will imbue a melodic
composition of dramatic color tones, expressive artwork and a lyrical balance of textures and materials that convey calm and elegance.

Modern décor, lavish amenities, cutting-edge entertainment and next-generation technology will be the hallmark of these plush retreats.

Guestroom Technology
Featuring the most advanced technology in the country, every guestroom at ARIA will deliver a level of personalized automation currently
found only in high-end custom homes. As guests first enter, they are “greeted” as curtains open to show the view, lights turn on and the TV
displays a menu of preferences for them to personalize for their stay. Guests can wake up gradually through controlled temperature,
lighting, curtain opening and preferred music, delivering a subtle and more soothing wake-up experience. Because all guestroom devices
are on one network, a single touch can make-over the entire room: the “good night" button turns everything off – from TV and music to lights
– as the privacy notification turns on. Wireless Internet connectivity will be up to eight times faster (128 kilobytes) than the average U.S.
guestroom today.
ARIA is a place where guests’ every need are met, but the Earth is not forgotten. Technology exclusive to CityCenter offers an easy way to
“green one’s stay” by selecting preferred light level and room temperature. Systems also can be programmed to automatically turn off
energy-consuming appliances and services upon guest checkout.

Entertainment
ARIA will take one of the most captivating, hip-swiveling forces of all time and re-create an old-school vibe in its intimate approximately
1,800-seat theatre. The visionary team at Cirque du Soleil has partnered with CKX, Inc. and its subsidiary Elvis Presley Enterprises to
create a permanent production celebrating the timeless musical legacy of Elvis Presley. The show will bring Elvis back to Las Vegas for
millions of his existing fans and create a buzz that will enable the persona of Elvis to attract untold numbers of new followers. Extraordinary
artistry, astonishing acrobatics, stunning special effects and The King will rev up vintage Vegas into a show like no other.

Dining & Nightlife
ARIA has assembled many of the country’s best chefs and restaurateurs, uniting those who have played integral roles in the development
of Las Vegas’ culinary scene with a pair of remarkable Las Vegas newcomers. Masayoshi Takayama, the world-renowned chef of the
famed Masa in New York City, and Shawn McClain, celebrated executive chef and partner at three of Chicago’s top restaurants, will join
Sirio Maccioni, Michael Mina, Julian Serrano, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Jean-Philippe Maury and The Light Group. Guests also will
enjoy ARIA’s dynamic collection of lounges, bars and nightclubs.

Spa, Salon & Pool
ARIA’s 80,000-square-foot spa complex will feature two levels of luxury including meditation and relaxation rooms, separate men’s and
women’s spas with eucalyptus steam rooms and redwood saunas, a full-service salon, barbershop, deluxe fitness room and group
exercise studio. A complete menu of skincare, massage and hydrotherapy treatments from around the world can be enjoyed in its 62
individual spa treatment rooms and three spa suites, designed to accommodate couples’ treatments, bachelorette parties or small group
events. The spa will feature hydrotherapy and tanning rooms, a living-room area, smoothie bar and a co-ed balcony where guests can
savor a quiet moment overlooking the resort’s beautiful pool.
ARIA’s vast 215,000-square-foot pool deck will be a tropical oasis in the heart of the desert. Shielded by lush plantings of oversized palm,
acacia, pine and bottle trees, the soft and sensual paradise will feature three primary pools, a European pool, hot tubs and 50 cabanas for
up to 1,500 guests.

Meetings & Convention Facilities
ARIA will provide a premium meeting experience with a unique blend of modern architecture, distinctive décor, and 300,000 square feet of
technologically advanced meeting and convention space. Four ballrooms will offer the flexibility to accommodate gatherings of all sizes
from 10 to 5,000 attendees, and three will feature fully functioning theatrical stages.

The facility will encompass three levels and deliver a total of 38 meeting rooms ranging from 800 to 2,000 square feet. The north façade
will feature a spectacular glass curtain wall that overlooks ARIA’s beautiful pool providing a lush, landscaped backdrop and the warmth of
natural light.

Fine Art
Throughout CityCenter’s grounds, visitors will enjoy an extensive $40 million public Fine Art Program encompassing a multitude of styles
and media – ranging from sculptures and paintings to large-scale installations – engaging visitors on both a visual and intellectual level.
The CityCenter Fine Art Program is designed to become a benchmark for enlightened corporate involvement with the arts on a global level
and will be one of the world’s largest and most ambitious corporate art programs.
One of the program’s highlights will be featured within ARIA’s reception area. Famed artist Maya Lin is creating an approximately 84-foot
silver cast of the Colorado River, which will be her first work of art displayed in Las Vegas. Lin is incorporating reclaimed silver in the spirit
of CityCenter’s commitment to sustainability and in light of Nevada’s standing as the “Silver State.”
The work of Jenny Holzer will be on display as guests approach the resort’s north valet, where they will be welcomed by one of the artist’s
insightful LED signs spanning more than 250 feet.
Additional artists represented in the Fine Art Program will include Nancy Rubins, Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, Frank Stella,
Henry Moore, Richard Long, François-Xavier and Claude Lalanne, and Isa Genzken, among others.

Retail at CityCenter
Just outside ARIA’s lobby doors, Crystals, CityCenter's retail and entertainment district, will house more than 500,000 square feet of
sophisticated retail and dining. Designed by Studio Daniel Libeskind with interior architecture by David Rockwell, Crystals will combine
dramatic architecture with exclusive offerings from the world’s most elite brands to become a preeminent shopping destination.
Renowned retailers Louis Vuitton, TIFFANY & CO., de Grisogono, H. Stern and Ermenegildo Zegna will be among the exceptional brands
presented under Crystal's multi-faceted canopy of unprecedented brilliance. Crystals will boast two dynamic new dining concepts from
renowned master chef Wolfgang Puck as well as the excitement of Innovative Dining Group's gourmet Robatayaki and sushi bar Katana.
Additional retailers and dining experiences will be announced at a later date.

Sustainability at CityCenter
Currently, CityCenter is the largest privately financed development in the history of North America.  Charting a new course for responsible
growth in Las Vegas, CityCenter is pursuing the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®)
certification.  As planned, the 18-million-square-foot, multi-use project will become one of the world’s largest environmentally sustainable
urban communities.

The resort’s design incorporates sustainable features including the extensive use of natural light, dramatically reducing lighting power
requirements in guestrooms and water-saving fixtures throughout. ARIA has been designed to achieve more than 30 percent improvement
in energy efficiency and will save an estimated 31 million gallons of water each year. This equates to a 34 percent savings within the
building and 60 percent in outdoor landscaping, over existing building codes. For meetings, conventions and events, ARIA will incorporate
environmentally responsible practices and services. In addition, all convention sales kits will be made from recycled paper materials with
the exception of the outside wrap, and uniforms in the convention area will be woven from recycled polyester.
