Convention Concierge Service  
  • Proactively service meeting planners and convention attendees by
    assisting with their needs at all times while on the convention floor  
  • Build positive business relationships with internal clients of all
    departments  
  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment
    and the ability to multi-task
  • Communicate all group concerns/challenges to the respective
    Convention Services Manager immediately
  • Seek every opportunity to provide extraordinary guest experiences
  • Attend preconvention meetings
  • Understand the basic pros & cons of various meeting room setups.
  • Review daily set-up requirements of each meeting room
  • Promote a team environment amongst all conference concierge to
    ensure we are able to “deliver"to all internal and external clients.
  • Assist Convention Services with Suite/Room Checks, VIP Amenity
    Deliveries and VIP Key Packet pick up from the Front Desk and any
    other duties as requested.
  • Work as a team with the Convention Service Manager on the convention
    floor and to communicate all program details, challenges and concerns
    to the appropriate personnel. Communicate all catering revisions,
    issues/concerns to the Catering Manager and to the CSM
  • Be visible and available on the convention floor
  • Maintain a daily log of client challenges/concerns/feedback which will
    be distributed to the Director and Assistant Director of Convention
    Services on a daily basis..
