BUSINESS NEWS
Flagship Trading Company
Following our news (below) from our
November 18 newsletter, we are forming
Flagship Trading, and have taken the
domain of www.flagshiptrading.com . We
will only be working with principals and
manufacturers directly for the supply of
product, such that availability will be able to
be confirmed.
Our software architect is working on the
format.
We have fertilizer available now and other
counter-trade production will be handled
through Flagship Trading.
Trading Platform: GWSGRP is in
development stage of an international
trading network for fertilizer, feeds and
densified fuel. (This software/internet trading
platform will grow to other products as well).
Our distributors will have their own
access/pass words to the web location for
the product to be traded. This platform will
also provide market access and value-
added to our capital equipment clients and
partners building fertilizer, feed and energy
plants.
In providing this working tool, our distributors
and we will be able to confirm true
availability of product and pricing. It will allow
our producers and clients to be part of this
international organization, understanding
regional and market requirements for
packaging and product specifications. This
will help to alleviate the global problem of
agents and brokers representing product
which they do not have control or authority.
This trading platform is in the formative
stage. We have begun discussing the
formation of the platform with a European
software company and are seeking other
interested organizations. It is our expectation
this trading entity will be a separate
company, mutually owned by GWSGRP and
the software technology company, with a
separate profit center for mutual benefit.
Note on Confidentiality: We have
purposefully left out client/country names
and specific project descriptions for
confidentiality purposes. Specific information
will be provided to shareholders and
interested parties as requested, provided
the requests are appropriate.
