Jenny Sepulveda is an unstoppable force in the world of real estate and philanthropy. For five of
Jenny’s ten-year real estate career, Jenny served as residential managing broker at two
prestigious brokerages. She has proven her ability to grow a company, and has recruited, trained,
and coached over 200 employees into becoming successful sales agents. Chicago Agent
Magazine identified Jenny as a real estate powerhouse in their 2009 and 2010 “Who’s Who in
Real Estate” issues. Jenny is the owner and managing broker of Luxe Marketing & Sales
specializing in residential properties. Her strong connection to the community and personal
fulfillment when motivating and inspiring others has also led Jenny to found her own not-for-profit
organization, The Princess In You Foundation, a mentoring program for young girls that provides
them the tools and funding to foster the self-esteem, self-awareness, education, etiquette, and
nutrition needed to achieve a successful life. She was nominated for the 2010 Illinois Woman of
the Year and raised over $30K in ten weeks for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is also
the President of her own event planning company, Luxe Lifestyle Productions. Every event
produced by Luxe Lifestyle Productions benefits a charity the client chooses. Jenny is actively
involved with her church and community.
