The Economic Office of the Consulate General of
Romania and World Trade Illinois held a business
briefing and one-on-One meeting to learn about
opportunities in the emerging Manufacturing
technology sector in Romania.

Romania is placing increasing attention on
improving the manufacturing technology capability
and everyone had the opportunity to learn about
tremendous business opportunities in Romania - a
country often referred to as the "best kept secret
in the European Union".

The delegation was led by Mr. Viorel Onel,
Counselor  at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and
Business Environment, with overall responsibility
for promoting trade between Romania and the US.
